We hold distribution ships for TP-Link, Dahua, Creative, Bitdefender, Genius, Aopen, Thermaltake, Gamemax, Lansan, Motoma,, Zebex, Asrock, Vivitek, etc.

# POSITION :Import Executive

# JOB ROLE :

~ Manage the movements of products / equipment / materials in and /or out of the country in

accordance with organization policy and procedure and to comply with local, country and

international law procedure.

~ Manager the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient of import / export

activity

~ Co - ordinate with inventory control, Finance and Marketing Department in preparing import

order forecast and communicate same to relevant supplier

~ Negotiate with Insurances companies / freight forwarding agents / transport companies to

obtain the best rate

~ Interact with production , stores , Marketing and Finance Department to provide the

information on delivery

~ Process and execute products / part replacement / claim, agent quality issue and shipment

discrepancies

~ Interact with Wharf Department on customers clearance process

~ Liaison with regulatory bodies

# REQUIREMENTS :

~ Diploma related or equivalent professional qualification

~ Minimum 2-3 years of commercial development experience

~ Ability to work in independently and as a team

~ Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills

~ Ability to come up with creative ideas for marketing campaign

~ Age below 50
