Gym Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with all enquiries about our Sports Complex.
• Providing administrative support to the team.
• Answering incoming calls and inquiries.
• Administration of payment transactions.
• Dealing effectively with customer complaints.
The ideal candidate should possess;
• Good command of written & spoken English.
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
• Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry.
