Customer Support Executives
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting desktops. laptops. printers and other cornputer peripherals
- Troubleshooting basic network issues
- Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft products
- Ability to troubleshooting UPS issues
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers
Essential Requirements:
- IT Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in the related filed
- Basic understanding of operating systems
- Ability to visit customer locations island wide
- Candidates those who are having products certifications are encourage to apply
