Senior Manager - Head of Finance and Strategy

Dialog Digital Services

This role will be responsible to drive strategy development, business planning, investment policy and overall financial accounting and reporting pertaining to Dialog Digital Services. This includes investee company investment and funding policy formulation and overall investment management 

The Job

• Responsible to formulate overall Digital Services strategy and plan financial strategies for different            business units within Digital Services to increase revenue and business growth

• Responsible for all decision support and commercial finance activities for the Digital Service team

• Manage relationship and act as central coordinating representative of Dialog for all direct and indirect    investments under Digital services

• Drive end to end development for execution of mergers and acquisitions which involves, obtaining of essential BOD and Authority approvals to deal structuring, financial and commercial due diligence, recommendation of cross functional team to be assigned to projects, project management duties to ensure project is managed within the required time frame and relationship build with external parties

• Responsible to determine funding requirements of Digital Services business and arrange suitable            methods offinance in consultation with Group Corporate Finance

• Develop and maintain Digital Services Finance team to establish standards for performance and            giving appropriate direction 

The Person

• Should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management

• ACMA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Corporate planning and or corporate finance

• Strong Analytical Skills and High Financial Literacy
