# QUALIFICATIONS :
Those in Final Stage of CIMA, ACCA, or Charted Accountancy or Equal
Qualification
Minimum 3 Years Experience in Similar Capacity
Proficiency in MS Office Package Specializing in Excel.
Skills and Experience in Accounting Package (Quick book, Sage etc.) or ERP
System (SAP etc.) is Mandatory.
Ability to Work Independently
Strong Verbal and Written Skills & Fluent in English
Knowledge in Taxation, Statutory Functions & Legal Aspects
Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Discretion in All Aspects.
# RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining Records of Accounts payable & receivables
Perform Routing Works Including Petty Cash, Cheque Payments & Invoicing.
Preparation of Monthly Financial, Management Accounts & Other Management
Accounts
Handling Income Tax, VAT, ESC Related Works
Preparation of Vendor & Bank Reconciliation
Experience in Handling External Parties Such As Banks/ Regulatory Authorities
Handling HR Functions & ETF, EPF Payments
Knowledge in Inventory Control
Handling the Purchasing & Procurement Process
