Working as part of team based in Synopsys Colombo, Sri Lanka, must Provide day-to-day technical support to employees/interns/business partners laptop and desktop systems, software, and hardware. Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptop and desktop systems workstations running windows 10 OS and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. May participate in development Of information technology and infrastructure projects. Ability to troubleshoot basic application within the laptop, desktop like MS Office suite and general IT issues, Outlook troubleshooting will be added advantage. • IT PC support admin — Intern, Windows technical day-to-day support.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in troubleshooting windows PC issues
- Troubleshooting Network & outlook issues
- Hardware troubleshooting Laptop/desktop
- Windows 10 OS support, installation
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills
- MBO based learning of new technologies which can be used in day-to-day work
- Education requirements: BSc/MSc and other technical Degree's are 0k.
- Typically requires no previous professional experience.
