01) INTERNAL AUDITOR - (01 post)
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring internal controls by installing and monitoring adequate system and procedures and carrying out routine and regular/random investigations and checking of documents and stores
External:
intermediate level qualification Of the Institute Of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) or Intermediate level qualification of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) OR Intermediate level qualification of Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants (ACCA) OR a four (04) year honors degree in management or Commerce.

AND

At least three (03) years post qualifying experience in accounting and finance in a Government Department / Corporation / Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment after obtaining above qualification.
Note: Exposure to computerized accounting environment is a distinct advantage.
internal: A Bachelor's degree in Management and Commerce OR a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.

AND

Ninimum of Five (05) years experience in a relevant post in Grade I of the Junior Manager Category in relevant field.
Salary Scale: MM 1-2 (2016) Rs.54, 550-10x1,375 - 15x1.910- Rs. 96,950/=p.m.
Basic salary of R. 54, 550/- will be paid from 01.01.2020.(The salary starting point in 01.01 2018 is Rs.42.972/-)

02) ENGINEERING ASSISTANT (MECHANICAL) - (01 POST)
Job Description:
Responsible for maintenance Of vehicle fleet, organizing the assigned area of work and controlling the subordinates to maintain a reasonable output of the functions Of Transport Unit and Motor Garage and any other work assigned from time to time by the management.
External:
National Diploma in Technology (Mechanical) OR National Diploma in Engineering Science (NDES) AND
Minimum of Six (06) years post qualifying experience in Mechanical Engineering in a Government Department / Corporation / Board or in a reputed Mercantile Establishment.
Note:
Knowledge in handing in maintenance activities Mechanical (Automobile) and Electrical (Power) will be added qualifications.

Internal:
Five (05) years satisfactory service in Technological Officer (Mechanical) Grade I With GCE (AL) three (03) subjects in one sitting.
Salary scale: JM 1-2 (2016) Rs. 43.355—10x755— 18x1,135 -Rs.71,335p.m.
Basic Salary Of Rs.43,355/- will be paid from 01.01.2020. (The salary starting point in 01.01.2018 is Rs.34,369/- and allowance is Rs. 699/-)
Ages Should not be less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age Iirnit will not apply to internal candidates.

03. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN (01 post)

Job Description:
Responsible for carrying out secretarial duties for the Chairman.
External:
a- GCE(A/L) in thre passes and GCE ((OL) six(06) subjects in one sitting with four(04) credit passes including Sinhala or Tamil. English and Mathematics. AND

b. One year Diploma in Course in National certificate in Secretarial Practice or Diploma Certificate course in Secretarial (not less than one year) from a recognized Institution AND
c. Minimum of ten (10) years experience in work in a Corporation/Board or in a Reputed Mercantile Establishment of which one year should be after obtaining Qualification (b) above. AND

d. Minimum word processing speed in computer for English and Sinhala to be 65 and 50 WPM respectively and skills in computer presentations. AND
e. Shorthand speed in Engligh and Sinhala to be minimum of 80 and 70 WPM AND
f. Sound communication Of skills in English/Sinhala languages.

Note: Working knowledge in Tamil will be an quantification.
Internal:
a. Minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service as a Management Assistant Non Technological Category in Grade I, with a certificate course in Secretarial practice not less than six (06) months.  AND
b. Minimum word processing speed in computer for English and Sinhala to be 65 and 50 WPM respectively and skills in computer presentations AND
c. Shorthand speed in English and Sinhala to be minimum of 80 and 70 WPM AND

d. Sound communication skills in English/Sinhala languages.

Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Accountants / Senior Accountant in all accounting functions of the Finance Division and any other duties assigned by the management
External:
A Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce from a recognized University or Intermediate level qualification of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) / Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)/Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants (ACCA) with minimum of one (01 ) year post qualifying experience in accounting in a Govemment Department/ Corporation /Board or in a reputed Mercantile Establishment.

GCE (AL) with three (03) passes in one sitting and GCE (O/L) with six (06) passes in one sitting with four credit passes including Mathematics and Language (Sinhala Tamil and English) AND
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5/6 in the relevant field AND
Five (05) years experience in the relevant field.
Internal: Same as for external candidates.

Salary Scale:
MA 2-2 (2016) Rs. 30,310-10 x 300-7x350—4 x 600—20x710 —Rs. 52.360/- p.m

Job Description:

a. GCE (AIL) with three (03) passes in one sitting and GCE (O/L) with (06) subjects in one sitting with four credits including Mathematics and Language (Sinhala or Tamil and English)
A Diploma Certificate (more than one year) in Stores Management not below NVQ level 5 from a recognized Organization with minimum of one (01 year experience in stores maintenance and stock control systems in a Government Department /Corporation/Board or reputed Mercantile Establishment dealing in Building Materials, Motor / Electrical. Lab Equipment and Chemicals.
Internal: Same as external candidates

Salary Scale: MA 2-2 (2016) Rs.30.310 - 10 x 300 - 7x350 - 4x600 - 20x710 - Rs.52,360 p.m.
