The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree MBA from @ leading Sri Lankan or International institution
Carry 20+ years of experience with at least 10 years in a Senior Managerial capacity reporting to CEO/Managing Director.
Possess 10+ years of experience in customer research, , marketing , business analytics having led teams of customer strategy management, marketing & Business analytics in Sri lanka and Overseas and demonstrated clear business.results, based on the platform of Information Based Decision making
Carry deep understanding and experience of SAS, SPSS & business analytic tools and be able to work on various aspects with data scientists like hypothesis testing, predictive modeling & analysis and propensity to create various customer Oriented program
Possess experience in working in digital interventions for customers and distributors in the financial services arena, have a strong understanding of technology Platforms; Which are critical to drive digital initiatives for financial service Companies. Experience in interacting and engaging with Fintech/Insurtech is a pre-requisite.
Carry experience in managing product/segment verticals, preferably life, health insurance/wealth management space, with an end-to-end responsibility of driving the design and strategy for the vertical with demonstrated results of co-ownership of business performance indicators with distributors and/or service teams.
