MMSRILANKA.COM, a trusted IT products and solutions provider, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Staff to join our Nugegoda showroom.
🔹 Job Role: Showroom Sales Executive / Showroom Assistant
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products

Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
-
Handle billing, basic documentation, and order processing
-
Maintain showroom display, stock visibility, and cleanliness
-
Coordinate with the online sales and warehouse teams when required
🎓 Requirements
-
Passed G.C.E. O/L or A/L
-
Basic knowledge of IT products (laptops, monitors, printers, accessories – added advantage)
-
Good communication skills in Sinhala (English / Tamil will be an advantage)

Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
-
Previous showroom or retail sales experience is preferred (but not mandatory)
