CHARTERED ENGINEER

Position requires thorough knowledge Of Civil / structural design and engineering techniques. Responsible tO plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation Of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.

A chartered civil engineer with minimum 5 years post charter experience and at least 2years' experience in the capacity bfstructural/design engineer.

CHARTERED ARCHITECT

Position requires preparation of conceptual design, permit drawings, design development, etc, certification Of permit drawings, preparation Of detailed drawings coordinating With Other consultants drawings and specifications. Chartered Architect with more than 15 years experience. 10 years experience in apartment industry. Thorough knowledge in relevant rules & regulations of local authorities is essential. 

SITE ENGINEER

NDT or equivalent ih Civil with 5 years working experience. Working experience in Apartment Development Projects is essential. Conversant working knowledge of specifications and standards associated with all trades. Conversant in construction procedures and practices. Computer literate in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Projects & related packages. Site Management & Supervisory Skills and must be a good team player. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A detailed understanding of the Project planning, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project scheduling. 

CIVIL ENGINEER

Possess Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering. A Civil engineer with minimum 2 years experience. Through knowledge of Civil / structural design and engineering techniques. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
