As we expand, we're seeking driven, confident cold callers to join our remote sales team and help us acquire new clients through outbound phone calls. Job Type:
- Commission-based
- Full-time or Part-time
- Remote-friendly with occasional team meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (restaurants, shops, service businesses, etc.) using leads provided or self-sourced through directories
- Clearly present our website design services and pricing packages to potential customers
- Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and confidently close deals over the phone
- Follow up with interested leads and manage communication through calls or WhatsApp if preferred by the client
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Communicate customer needs and expectations to the design team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or phone-based customer service is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- High energy, confident speaking tone, and ability to stay positive in a high-volume call environment
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic understanding of websites and online marketing (we’ll provide training)
- Access to a reliable phone and stable internet connection
- Professional and respectful phone manner
