We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to work as:

Office Assistant / Visa Assistant -
Colombo

Requirements

• G CE Ordinary Level qualification
• A minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity
• Good knowledge of roads in and around Colombo
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Highly organized and ability to work under minimum supervision
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (preferably in all three languages)
• Possess a basic knowledge in visa application form filling
• Valid driving license (motorbike)

Job Role

• Deliver/collect documents from suppliers and clients
• Assist the head of the department in clerical related tasks
• Liaise with customers in order to fulfill their visa requirements
• Coordinating the front office operation to ensure that all stakeholders are serviced with utmost care
