Applications are invited for the Sales Executive job vacancy at the Rayman Custom Tailors (Pvt) Ltd.
We are looking for an accountable sales representatives who have past experience in tailoring department to process all invoices & cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of the sales representative will include greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment, placing invoices, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area. Compulsory to have background knowledge about Tailoring, styles, designs and Materials
WORKING HOURS :- 8:30 AM TO 8;00PM SIX DAYS PER WEEK
Responsibilities
- Placing Invoices
- Issue receipts or change
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with computers & Web Servers
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Sales skills
