Key Requirements for the Receptionist
• Good Communication Skills and Correspondence skills.
• Proficiency in MS word, Internet and E-mail.
• Passed G.C.E (O / L ) and possess at least 02 simple passes at G.C.E. ( A / L )
• Possess positive attitudes and telephone etiquettes.
• ABLE TO SERVE VISITORS BY GREETING , WELCOMING AND DIRECTING THEM APPROPRIATELY
• Notifies company officials of visitor arrival.
• Effectively communicate with visitors by answering and referring inquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls & mail.
• Minimum of 06 months of relevant work experience.
Preference will be given to those who are Living in and around Boralesgamuwa / Piliyandala
Maharagama / Ratmalana / Dehiwala / Nugegoda.
# BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary between Rs.17,000/= to Rs.20,000/= plus EPF / ETF will be paid.
