Description :
- Generate daily collection reports from Business Intelligence systems (BI) & download daily statements
- Ensure reconciliation & update unsuccessful payments within the KPI
- Follow ups with banks and authorized bill payment centres for unreconciled transactions
- Gather clear information for the reports of Payment reconciliation & updates
- Provide initial data for dashboard requirements
- Attend to inquiries and complaints forwarded to the unit via call / extension / Complaint Management Unit, faxes, email and other sources.
- Reverse entries in respective systems within the stipulated time frame
Entry Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Management / Finance or equal qualification
- Should have excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant area
