REQUIREMENTS;
• Minimum one-year experience in the field of telesales / customer care
• Preferably age below 28 years.
• Female candidates only.
• Passed GCE O/L , A/L Examination.
• Having a part or full qualification in MS Office.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt, respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication, phone handling skills with English, Sinhala and Tamil being an added advantage.
