Entry Requirements:

• Be a registered student at the University of Peradeniya or any other recognized university.
  OR
• Passed the G.C.E. A/L Examination with passes in 03 subjects in one sitting.
  OR
• Passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination with passes in 06 subjects in one sitting, and meet one of the following conditions:
  • Be actively involved in civil society activities.
  • Be engaged with a non-governmental organization (NGO) working in the field of human rights or community development.
  • Be employed in a government or private institution with at least two (02) years of service experience.
