Our client is a well known group requires the following to join their Production Kitchen team: ??

Working hours: 9️⃣(With one-hour break)

Working days: 5️⃣

Contract period : 2️⃣

Experience : ?‍?

- Applicants should have worked in central production kitchen:

- Should be able to speak English well.

- Should know how to write ( happy birthday etc )and decorate finished product ( main requirement)

- Should know different fonts from chocolate, butter cream and icing.

- Must be able to finish a minimum of 1500 birthday cakes (writing) in one shift.

- Must complete at least 3 years of experience in bulk production bakery pastry kitchen.

- Should know the different types of pastry and bakery products.

- Should know how to prepare pastry and bakery products.

- Should know how to cook and finish pastry and bakery products.

- Should be able to produce pastry and bakery products.

- Produce a minimum of types of pastry (Short / Sweet / Suet / Choux / Puff / Convenience )

- Produce different types of pastry products (Pie / Pudding / Tart/flan/quiche / Éclair/profiterole/Paris Brest / Millefeuille / Pithivier / jalousie / vol au vent / Samosas/Baklava

- Use all types of dough ( Basic dough / Enriched dough )

- Produce a minimum of bakery products ( Bread rolls, white and brown / Naan bread / Pitta bread / Pizza / Doughnut / Chelsea buns / Brioche / Savarin )

- Use finishing methods ( Egg wash / Seeds / Sugar / Piping / Filling / Spreading / Dripping / Dusting/dredging/sprinkling )
