BRANCH MANAGERS – AGALAWATTA, ARALGANWILA, KAHAWATTA, MORAWAKA & VEYANGODA BRANCHES
The candidate should ideally;
- possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered).
- possess at least 10 years of experience in Branch Banking (exposure to business lending and international operations will be an added advantage).
- have excellent communication skills in English.
- have excellent leadership and people management skills.
You will oversee the operational and credit functions of the branch. You will also be expected to have a business focused attitude, comprehensive knowledge of the local economy, build a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with clients and employees.
